When Toni found this quote by Henry Ford, it resinated with her greatly. Her studies to acquire her coaching certification let her see that our thinking controls everything. She saw that if you are trying to get somewhere and your process is not working, change your thinking. Thoughts are things. What we believe in we can reach for, work toward and achieve. Toni’s coaching style has served her clients well through strategic thought, process and action.

Toni helps her clients define what will help them reach further and higher. Zeroing in on challenges and finding out ways to overcome them is often at the top of the list. Improving communication is vital in every personal relationship or organization. Defining needs and providing positive outcomes is what working with Toni is all about.

Toni’s career path has been mainly positioned in sales and marketing. She has worked in Aviation, Broadcasting, Education, Development of the Arts, Healthcare and The Marine Industry. She has been employed by major corporations including ABC Broadcasting and Estée Lauder, educational institutions and small business practices. Each opportunity lead her to understand that we must listen, think and communicate in order to create, prosper and have a good life.
IN HER OWN WORDS….
When asked to give a quick overview of her coaching practice this is what Toni had to say. “Over the past decade I have helped people find their own answers to questions they didn’t necessarily know they had. I am not a magician but I am a keen listener, objective and non-judgmental. I create a safe place to explore and look at challenges from different vantage points. My ultimate goal is to provide not only results but to teach my clients how to coach themselves and the people they wish to empower.”
TAKING A PERSONAL SNAP SHOT….
Toni’s roots are in the Midwest. She grew up in Toledo, Ohio and Chicago, Illinois. After leaving college and experiencing the excitement of living and working in the big city she decided to leave the cold weather and make a home in Florida. Her favorite outdoor activity is running. She has completed two full marathons and many half-marathons. She continues to take on 5K events to stay healthy. Toni lives in Fort Lauderdale with her rescue Pomeranian, Pierre.

Toni Miller is a Certified Professional Coach. Her certification is through ICA, International Coach Academy. She has been coaching clients for both personal and professional improvement since 2008. ICA has been delivering International Coach Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training since 2001. ICA has developed a philosophy and training framework that has equipped Toni with the necessary skills to coach anyone, anywhere in the world.
